By using resizedphoto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
resizedphoto provides free tools for editing images, PDF documents and Word files. The tools run entirely in your browser. There is no account, no subscription, and no charge for use of the site.
The site is a convenience. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.
Your files and your rights
You keep full ownership of everything you open, edit, and export. Nothing you do with the tools transfers any rights to us, and we claim none.
Your files are processed on your device. We never receive them and cannot access them. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything that matters to you.
Acceptable use
Use the tools on files you have the right to use. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt it for other people or overload it with automated requests.
Third-party links
This site carries sponsored links to other services. Those links are marked as sponsored. They take you to sites we do not control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there. We are not responsible for anything that happens on a site we do not operate.
The site is free to use, and the sponsored links are how it pays for itself. A sponsored link never changes what a tool does or what it does with your files, and we do not accept payment for a tool behaving differently from the one described here.
No warranty
The tools and the site are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You should check the output of any tool before you rely on it. We are not responsible for lost work, corrupted files, or anything that results from a file being processed in a way you did not intend.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, resizedphoto and anyone involved in running it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. The site is free, and you accept it in that form.
Governing law
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer law of your own country applies to you whatever it says, and nothing in these terms takes that away. Where a clause here cannot lawfully be applied to you, it is read as narrowly as the law allows so that the rest of it still stands.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
