What to include
Which tool you were using, which browser you were on, and what you expected to happen. If something went wrong, a screenshot helps more than a description.
Do not attach the file you were working on. It never left your device, and we cannot see it. Describe the problem instead.
What we can help with
- Tools that fail, produce the wrong result, or look broken
- Files that will not open, or that come out damaged
- Features you would like the tools to have
- Problems with the site on a particular device or browser
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file you lost, we cannot make a photo larger without losing quality, and we cannot open a document that is password protected.
